Its ideal positioning just a minute away from Rue de Medran and near to the main Verbier lift station, Ivouette is the perfect place to stay in the resort.
The quality furnishings and alpine features such as beamed ceilings, a gorgeous stone fireplace and wooden floors offer a luxury chalet experience. The two floor apartment provides spectacular views over snow capped peaks to Mont Blanc Massif. Natural light floods into the apartment through floor to ceiling windows and guests can unwind in the ground floor garden or first floor terrace in nice weather. The spacious apartment can sleep 10 guests with each room having its own en-suite bathroom or shower room.
The property is entered on the ground floor with four of the bedrooms here. Two of these bedrooms have picturesque French windows opening onto the large garden. The comfortable family snug is also on this floor creating the ideal place to relax after a day on the mountain.
The traditionally designed open plan living and dining area with wooden floors and a stone fireplace creating a wonderful atmosphere for this central area. A bar separates the kitchen and dining area which seats 10 comfortably. The delightful en-suite master bedroom has French windows leading onto the upstairs terrace allowing light to cascade into the room. Finally the first floor is completed with a sauna room.
The shared ski room and ski lockers are located on the lower floors of the apartment. There is also a parking space available in the garage of the property. The chalet can be rented on either a catered or self-catered basis.
Verbier is an exquisite resort showcasing the best that the Swiss Alps has to offer. The resort is a 2 hour (160km) drive from Geneva airport.
Sion airport, just 50 minutes away by car, can accommodate private jets and offers helicopter transfers. You can also land private helicopters closer in Le Chable, only 15 minutes into Verbier town centre.
Read full detailsVerbier is the ideal ski resort for those who enjoy après skiing as much as skiing. With over 410 km of piste and a range of runs from the gentle Les Esserts to the challenging bumps of Tortin, there is plenty for active novice and advanced skiers.
In addition to the extensive and well maintained pistes, Verbier has vast marked off-piste areas and is recognized as one of the premiere "off-piste" resorts in the world. The après ski scene at Verbier is well known and has a justifiably high reputation with established names such as Farinet, Coco and The Farm Club.
In the summertime there are 400 km of hiking trails and hikers can follow the tracks of the chamois and ibex through the mountains, some of them covered with snow all year round. There are 200 km of mountain bike piste. Other activities include climbing, paragliding, swimming, golf, badminton, ice karting, trips aboard the mountain railways in the area, and an annual music festival.
Getting there: Verbier can be accessed by road or by train. From Martigny a regional train leads to Le Châble and from there a cable car or bus takes you up to Verbier.
Verbier is around 2 hours' drive from Geneva, 1 hour from Chamonix and 3 hours from Zurich. The nearest international airport is Geneva.
Non-stop flight connections are available between Geneva and most major European cities as well as Moscow, UAE and New York City. Private Jets can fly into Sion airport and from there it is possible to transfer by helicopter.
