In a wide, high valley close to the source of both the Rhine and Rhone rivers and below the vital Gotthard Pass, Andermatt lies at the very centre of Switzerland. The deposit amount will be taken into account as part payment for the purchase of the apartment. The waiting list will be based on a first-come, first-served basis, therefore early participants have more options to choose from at the sales launch.
