One & Only Kéa Island is nestled within the famous Cyclades archipelago in a 60-hectare tranquil beachfront site on the west side of Kéa island, just 30 minutes by speed boat from Athens.
All one-bedroom “turnkey” villas have now all sold out. Options currently include two to six-bedroom bespoke residences (x 12) which can be customised to suit your personal taste and requirements.
These contemporary designed villas are proudly Hellenic in style. Locally sourced stone, traditional whitewashed walls and iconic Greek marble make each villa unmistakably native to the Cyclades. Floor to ceiling glass open up the spectacular Mediterranean views.
One&Only Kéa Island is a short transfer from Athens. Kéa is the closest Cycladic Island to Athens, so getting to One&Only Kéa Island is relatively simple from most European cities. There are regular flights to Athens and from there is a choice of a resort helicopter service from Athens Airport (10 mins), resort boat service from Lavrio Port (30 mins) or regular boat service, also from Lavrio Port, (1 hour).
