It is air conditioned and includes a designer hi fi system, satellite TV, a home cinema, outdoor gym and a beautiful swimming pool.
The lawn stretches down to the waterside where it has its own beach with a jetty and mooring place.

Villa Adele is located between Costa Smeralda’s most famous resorts, Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo, both of which are 15 minutes (14 km) away. There is a well-equipped marina with shops and restaurants just a few minutes’ drive away and Portisco Beach is a short walk through beautiful scenery. Pevero golf club is nearby. Olbia airport and port is 16 km.
